Important Announcement for Station Node Holders

Dear MeMusic Supporters!

Here are a few important announcements for the Station Nodes.

Cooldown on $MMT claim

First, we are applying our planned cooldown for claiming. Therefore, claiming will resume when the token emissions realign with the vesting schedule we have initially planned. Claiming will resume on March 23, 2024.

When we planned the implementation of Station Nodes, there were to be a total of 400,000,000 $MMT tokens allocated for the nodes to share over the course of three years. This meant an approximate of 370,370 tokens shared amongst the number of nodes minted. To avoid confusion in the beginning, when we conducted our TGE, we used a portion of the marketing tokens available per vesting schedule to airdrop to all of our node holders in appreciation of our early supporters.

We have also continued to allow claiming for all of the node holders after the TGE for a full week. Consequently, we are 29 days ahead of our vesting schedule as our first node began mining on January 18, 2024 when our TGE was on February 16, 2024. In addition, the claims made during this week are also ahead of schedule by seven days.

To adhere to our vesting schedule, the cooldown for all claims will begin effectively and immediately. For tokens that are being mined after today will also have a staggered cooldown of seven days to ensure our full adherence to the vesting schedule.

Upcoming Airdrop

Second, on the questions regarding the upcoming airdrop and mining of $STREAM. Here is important information that you need to know.

• A snapshot of the holders will be taken prior to the airdrop. If you hold $MMT on an exchange, your wallet will not be recognized. We are not going to be taking a snapshot in February, so please have them stored in a decentralized wallet by then.
• How much allocation of an airdrop will I get? There are two main factors that will apply to the airdrop allocation: the number of nodes you hold, and the amount of $MMT you are holding.
• $STREAM will be airdropped to the Node Holders & MMT. However, for mining of the $STREAM token, you will be required to lock $MMT. If you do not lock $MMT, you can still benefit from the on-chain tax and benefit from reflections.

Staking $MMT

Third, for the users interested in staking $MMT for additional rewards. Soonly, we will make available different staking pools using the $MMT token. Exclusively available for node holders, users can mine $STREAM. There will also be liquidity mining and standard staking for the $MMT token.
